reliable shipping experience. Please review the following information regarding our order
processing times, shipping methods, and other important details.

Order Processing & Lead Times
We offer both custom and non-custom products. Lead times vary depending on the type of order:
 Custom Orders: Please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipment.
 Non-Custom Orders: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before
shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your
order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the shipping address and best
available service. We carefully package all items using high-quality materials to ensure your
order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once shipped,
typical delivery timeframes are:
 Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
 International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs and location)
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the processing/lead times listed above.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. You will
be able to review your shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may
take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been picked up by the carrier.

Packaging & Shipping Quality

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping
