Custom and Personalized Products Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality custom and personalized products designed just for you. Since these items are tailored specifically to your specifications, please carefully review our return policy for such products:

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Custom and personalized products, including but not limited to engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order items, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is an error on our part or a defect in the product. This includes any items with custom text, colors, sizes, or designs.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your custom or personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the personalization (incorrect name, date, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need pictures of the damaged product and packaging it came in. We will happily replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Since we begin processing your order immediately upon receipt, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, custom and personalized products will be processed and cannot be canceled.

  4. Exchanges
    Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized items, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct.

  5. Refunds
    If your custom or personalized item is eligible for a refund due to defects or our mistake, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect personalization due to customer error, so we strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before submitting your order.

  6. Return Shipping
    If a return or exchange is necessary due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for any non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
